Green Change Makers at Kirklees College

I spent some time with Kirklees College filming their Green Change Makers programme.

The programme brings together staff from across the college to explore sustainability, share ideas, and think about the role they can play in creating positive change.

Sustainability can sometimes feel like a huge topic, full of targets, policies and technical language. What I found instead were people having honest conversations about their work, their values, and the practical things they can do to make a difference.

As always, I'm interested in the people behind the project.

One of the things I enjoy most about this kind of work is being able to capture change while it's happening. Not just the outcomes, but the process itself. The discussions, questions, and moments of reflection that help shape what comes next.

The Green Change Makers programme is helping to create space for those conversations, bringing together people from different parts of the college to learn from one another and explore how sustainability can become part of everyday practice.

The finished film is now complete and ready to be shared.

A big thank you to everyone who took part and trusted me with their stories.
